12 Ton BPW Axles

The trailer is equipped with SAF drum brake axles with a capacity of 12 tonnes. Kingpin pressure 24 tonnes, which allows you to load a total weight of 60,000 kg. The drum brakes also significantly reduce repair costs compared to disc brakes.

TRIDEC II Steering

The three axles are active steering axles, hydraulically controlled via remote control, also co-steering via king pin which allows you to turn much tighter, especially useful in transporting goods when agility is required.

Groeneveld Auto Lube System

With our central lubrication system, your trailer is automatically lubricated while the machines are working, i.e. when the bearings, bushings and linear guides are in motion. As a result, each lubrication point receives the perfect amount of lubricant, no more and no less. This extends the life of both bearings, bushings and linear guides and thus your trailer as a whole.

Lashing points

Trailer is equipped with various load securing options so that you can securely attach chains and straps, regardless of the shape or size of your load.

Spare Wheel Holder

A spare wheel is mounted on the front stem/gooseneck. Should you get a puncture, you can make a quick change at the side of the road to get you moving again. This comes with wheel chocks so you can safely park the trailer when loading and unloading on uneven ground.

Storage

The trailer is equipped with a gooseneck toolbox.

LED Lighting

The trailer has full LED lighting, ensuring your trailer is always visible on the road at night. LEDs are also incredibly long-lasting.

Removable Anodised Boards

The removable aluminium boards allow you to create an enclosed space on the gooseneck to store equipment and tools. You can remove these to give you even more space to load larger equipment. These are anodised which means they won't rust.

Service Weight

The trailer weighs 17,500 kg, giving you a significant payload to work with. The use of high strength steel ensures a strong yet lightweight construction, perfect for the heavy forces exerted on these trailers.
